Lovely double bedroom and bathroom (not ensuite) with shared living area situated 10 minutes from Beckenham high street.

Travel links;
-Clock House Station (3 minute walk, just over 20 minutes to London Bridge. Also goes to Waterloo and Charring Cross)
-Kent House Station (12 minute walk, goes to Victoria in just under 20 minutes)
-Tram (3 minute walk. Goes to Croydon and Wimbledon. Also one stop to Beckenham Junction)
-For any gym goers there is also Beckenham Spa 5 mins down the road.

Double bedroom includes;
-bed frame and mattress
-bedside table
-wardrobe
-extra wall storage/shelving as shown in picture
FYI TV and desk/chair are not included.

Bathroom pictured will be yours to use, my bedroom is an ensuite so I very rarely use that bathroom.

The shared living area is all new, under a year old. Kitchen appliances include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

There is also a spot available for a car in the gated garage under the flat. I would charge a small one off fee of £100 to use for the tenancy period.

I'm in the office most days of the week, other than fridays where I work from home. My girlfriend stays here a few times a week.
