We’re two professional women looking for a new housemate to fill the third bedroom!
Location:
Ideal location - directly opposite Beckenham Junction station. You can be at Victoria in 20 minutes & London Bridge in 40 mins. Clock House station is a 12 minute walk, which gets you to London Bridge in 20 minutes. We are a 5 minute walk from the High Street & 10 minutes walk to beautiful Beckenham Place Park.
About the flat:
It’s a very spacious flat with 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen & an open dining/living area, with plenty of storage. We are on the first floor and look out onto the big communal gardens. We have a cleaner that comes every other weekend and we like to keep the flat clean & tidy.
About the room:
It’s the biggest bedroom within the flat! Plenty of storage with built in wardrobes and dressing table. The room is on the front of the property and has a lovely bay window. As seen in the pictures, the room comes with the brown chest of drawers & side tables, but not the bed.
About us:
We are 2 professional women (Chrissie 30, project manager & Sarah 32, social worker) looking for another woman between the age of 30- 37 to join our lovely flat. We would love to find someone who is looking to make this their home (no parties and we ask partners are not staying more than once a week, to keep the flat dynamic).
We both work full time and are looking for someone who is not fully WFH. Generally during the week, we are pretty low key as we have demanding jobs, but we are out and about over the weekends, both enjoying keeping fit, walks etc, but also enjoy good food and drinks. We did not know each other before moving in, but have since become friends and it would be great if the third is also looking for friendship. If you think you sound similar, please get in touch!
