Maisonette live in lodger

I am looking for a lodger at my property. I will not technically be at the property, therefore you will have a 2 bed maisonette, with a large kitchen and living room. With two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The en-suite is current being renewed, so you will have brand new bathroom.
There is parking in the road and you are a two minute walk from Elmer’s End train and tram station.
Internet, council tax and water bill will be paid by myself.
