One double bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment with bills included. A monthly rolling contract ideally up to 3 months with potential for extension (short term leases are also considered).

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a built in wardrobe, a desk and plenty of storage space.
I also live in the apartment, I generally keep to myself and happy to converse. I have an en-suite bathroom in my bedroom so you will mostly have the main bathroom to yourself.

The apartment is 5 to 7 mins walk to New Beckenham station which is a 17mins train journey to London Bridge, Waterloo stations etc great connections to Canary Wharf too via DLR at Lewisham station from New Beckenham station.

Beckenham Junction station is also a 10mins walk from the apartment which is 20 to 22mins train journey to London Victoria station.

The flat is spacious, cosy, homely and serene with plenty of light coming in. It is 10mins walk away from Beckenham Park, local shops, restaurants, bars and artisan coffee shops. The living room boasts a lovely view of the giant Cedar tree and lush greenery where you can watch nature from the living or the patio balcony.
