Plus, the other occupants have an en-suite in their room, so you’ll pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself.

Downstairs there is a spacious lounge, dining room and well-equipped kitchen, allowing for plenty of space for all house members. We also have a garden and patio, with garden furniture and a BBQ for the summer. Off-street parking, as well as garage space for a bike/ additional items is available.

Located on a very quiet street, we are a 10 minute walk to Beckenham high street, 12 minutes to Clock House station and 20 minutes to Kent House station.

Current tenants are a couple who are open to sharing with individuals or another couple.

No hidden costs or referencing fees, one-month deposit. Bills approx. £130/month.

The house is well-equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher and television. If you would like to bring your own furnishings, there is flexibility with moving existing furniture into the garage. Smokers are welcome, although smoking and vaping are restricted to outside areas.
