A bright double room is available in my semi‑detached home, located within a quiet gated community of six houses built in 2010. I’m looking for a new housemate as my current one is relocating abroad.

• I work as a software engineer in finance, and go into the office 2-3 times a week.
• Outside of work, my interests include keeping fit (gym a few times a week), experimenting in the kitchen, and aerial photography.

Who I'm Looking For
• A working professional who’s tidy, respectful, and looking for a comfortable place to call home.
• The initial agreement would be for a few months, with the option to extend on a rolling basis if we get along well.
• Ideally someone with a similar working arrangement to mine (hybrid/office-based)
