Looking for a warm and welcoming housemate to join a friendly, easy-going couple in our lovely 3 bedroom house.

The room is bright, warm, and part furnished, ready for you to move in. We're looking for someone who values a relaxed and respectful atmosphere, and we're especially keen to find someone who is part of or a strong ally to the LGBTQI+ community.

About Us:
- Two sociable and easygoing housemates.
- Lesbian, Non-Binary couple.
- Both young professionals, one in the coffee industry so you will always be caffeinated.
- We enjoy keeping the house tidy, but also value a considerate and non-judgmental environment.
- We occasionally share meals or watch a movie together but are also respectful of each other's space.
- We both work in hybrid roles so would be looking for someone who does the same or commutes to the office so we can all enjoy the house.

The House:
- Furnished double room. (Double bed and wardrobe)
- Large shared living space and kitchen.
- Garden area to enjoy in the warmer months with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
- Convenient location with good transport links. 3 train stations within walking distance!
- Get to Victoria or Blackfriars in 30 minutes by train.
- Would suit someone who has a car or cycles.
- Close to Beckenham Place Park for cute walks or open swimming.

Rent & Bills:
- £750 pcm (bills included).
- £500 deposit
