The first bedroom is available now. The bedroom features large build in wardrobes, chest of draws, a desk and a double bed. On suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is going to be available at the beginning of April.

Underfloor heating throughout the house with zone control.

The tenant will have a use of garden, huge kitchen with all the things for your comfort.

Weekly clean is included as well as all your bills, powerful WiFi thought the house.

I am looking for someone tidy, kind and full time working professional (not working from home).

The house is conveniently situated close to the shops and cafes (2 min walk), Eden Park station is 14 minute walk, Beckenham Junction is 15 minutes walk or short ride on the bus.
Please only show interest if you are tidy and clean person.

There are two cats in the house. They are outdoor cats, so there is no smell in the house and they don't walk into the bedrooms.

Please note, I will consider people with full time jobs and not working from home. It is absolutely essential that the new tenant is clean and tidy.
