One En-suite room to rent in Beckenham

Hi,

I am looking for a tidy, nice and reliable person to rent a room within my home. (Both male and female is welcome).
I have an ensuite double room available within my home. It is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. There are also on street parking spaces available.

There is a bus stop a short walk away, with Birbeck train station a short walk away. There are also many local amenities.

I will require references which I will vet as soon as possible, proof of ID and proof of income. I am also open to video calls to see the space and face-to-face visits for serious enquiries only.

All bills are included which are ultra fast broadband, council tax, electricity and heating (within reason).

Note: I have a 2 year old toddler..
