House share

We live in Clock House, Beckenham, South East London BR3 4NE .Just a 5 min. walk from Kent House railway station with trains to Victoria & Blackfriars ( about 18 min.) and a 5 min. walk from Clock house railway station with trains to Charing Cross. London Bridge and Waterloo East (about 20 min.). There are also 2 tram stations within a 5 min. walk giving access to Croydon/Wimbledon, and plenty of local buses.
We have a large terrace house with big kitchen, garden,2 bathrooms,50 mb wireless broadband and 2 cats, within a few min. takeaway shops ,parks and supermarkets.
We have lived here since 2004. Our lodgers are all professional people who mostly keep to themselves which means that sometimes we rarely see them from one week to the next. The house is very quiet and secure.
We have a room available from now. It is a furnished double room let as a single occupancy fully inclusive of bills. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and honest.
