The room is a double bedroom with its own separate bathroom, with walk in shower. The bathrooms have been newly renovated so are very modern.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
The flat is less than 5 minutes from the train station and there are direct links to both London Victoria (24 mins) and London Bridge (38 mins). The flat is super near to the main high street but far enough away that it is not noisy. There are also multiple parks a short walk away,

The landlords are really responsive and helpful.
The tenancy starts on 10th November so ideally would like to get someone into the flat for this date.

The water bill is included.

I am looking for someone easy going, clean and tidy.
