A nicely appointed double room with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom available in a gated and very quiet mews close to Beckenham.

Good access to local shops, David Lloyd gym/spa, bus and Tain links from Eden Park (6mins walk) and Beckenham town 10 minutes up the road for bars, restaurants and a night out. There is parking but it's on the main road, there is no access to the residents parking.

The property is available only for mature professionals, it's fully furnished (by me) and is not suitable as a party/student house. This is a very quiet very safe family area so antisocial behaviour or lots of guests will not be tolerated..

I am a business owner and live a relatively chilled life, working 5 days a week and out and about at the weekends. Im single and active but home most evenings during the week. Im fastidiously clean and OCD tidy so expect the same or similar. The property is well furnished which is all mine and will be treated with respect.

There is an office, living room with dining table, WC and kitchen for use - or for a discounted rate the office becomes part of the tenanted space and these is no access to the main living area.

Cleaning is not part of the covered bill and the gas/electric is metered so depending on usage this could go up, Room could be unfurnished.

For the right candidate this could be a lovely chilled and quiet place to live and work from home. I enjoy cooking, listening to music, a few glasses of wine and Netflix evenings with the occasional big night! And the gym is 2 minute away!
