I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Beckenham. It's modern and has a huge communal garden. I've furnished most of the property myself but the bedroom is unfurnished so you can make it your own. Happy to discuss part furnishing if this would be helpful.
I'm also open to discussing a monday-friday rent if anyone is looking for that.
I have a projector set up in a large living room which is great for movie nights!
The apartment is situated in Beckenham, just a 2 minute walk from New Beckenham Station and a 10 minute walk from Beckenham Junction Station and from town. London Bridge is only 20 minutes by train and we're also close by a beautiful park.
