Ensuite double in musical house in Beckenham

Hello we are Dan, Farhan and Isaac and we have a lovely lovely double room with an ensuite bathroom going spare in our house. The house has a spacious drive, garage and garden and a GINORMOUS sitting room/dining room occupying most of the ground floor. We're an extremely music-loving household, I'm a western classical singer and Farhan and Isaac do Hindustani classical and devotional music. We rub along nicely with a high tolerance for practice during the day so this would probably suit another musician who is keen on this setup. All mod-cons etc. Quite near Ravensbourne station. Right next to the enormous Beckenham Place Park which is divine. Doesn't really feel like London - VERY suburban and a wee commute into central.
£1000 includes all bills, broadband and council tax. Open to hearing from a couple, which would involve higher rent contribution subject to negotiation.
