Compact but cozy room

I'm in between longterm housemates. I have a lovely room available for the next 4 weeks only until an overseas student arrives. If any is looking for a short term place I'm situated in Beckenham. It's a safe area of SE London with great transport links to London, Wimbledon, Croydon and the South of England.
There are plenty of shops, bars/pubs, coffee bars, a library, cinema, gyms, a swimming pool etc
The house is warm and comfortably furnished. Housemates has full use of the house and facilities. Good Internet, sky TV, Netflix, prime...
I have a greyhound, a rescue ex racer. Yumi is 10 now. She sleeps for 23 hours a day. She likes company but is timid despite her size.
We have a great garden, decking, pergola which is good for outdoor living when it's warm enough.
Street parking, there's a garage for a small car.
