The kitchen is spacious, with enough cupboard space, a dining room, (partly used as an office as well). Lovely cosy lounge, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Nearest station is New Beckenham, Kent House, Clock House and Penge East which is excellent for those commuting into Central London. The property is a short bus ride or 10/min walk to Sydenham and Penge High streets.

All bills included within the rent price.

I am looking for clean, working professionals to share my home with.
