Furnished double room in cosy, quirky, large flat,

Hi, looking for a housemate to share this lovely space with me and my dog Roo . About us: Roo's an old girl at 15 so likes biscuits and cuddles and I’m making headway into my 30s myself . I’ve always shared, spent equal time in the north than the south, now settled in London . I work as a manager in the youth charity sector. Outside of work like to exercise, dog walk, write, learn, drink, eat, explore, listen to house music . As a housemate I’m friendly, low key, considerate, I also understand the highs and lows of sharing in London having done it myself so keen that the flat feels like a peaceful space for the right person. It’s been lovingly renovated by myself which is a hobby, so anyone into interiors maybe onto a winner here ! I’ve furnished the room with tasteful basics but if you decide that isn’t for you we can make that work . Brand new bed, mattress, hand painted chest of drawers. The living area is large, cosy, there’s a balcony for summer and a really decent shared garden that I seem be only person who uses. I did specify be great live with veggie, but would also consider non veggies, just someone who isn’t cooking lots of meat, the smell isn’t my favourite , more on the pescatarian , chicken side . Roo is definitely not vegetarian ! The local area is great - we are five mins from one of nicest parks and wildest swim places in south east London - beckenham place park and 5 minutes from the nearest station, which is direct to London Bridge, Charing Cross.
