Furnished double room in cosy, quirky, large flat,

Hi, looking for a housemate to share this lovely spacious flat, with me and my dog Roo .

About us: Experienced house sharer; am a kind, considerate house friend, who spends most her time outdoors or in the gym! Monday - Friday at least :-)

Previously I worked as a manager in the youth charity sector and I am shortly returning to uni -as a mature student to convert to Law in Sept. This means I will be home quite a lot studying , so ideally it would be good to live with someone who doesn’t work fully remotely, and likes a peaceful but sociable housemate and quiet space to come home to :-)

Outside of work I like to exercise, dog walk, write, learn, drink, eat, explore, listen to house music, trying to get into Ice baths and in summer at least I wild swim!

As a housemate I’m friendly, low key, considerate, clean, I also understand the highs and lows of sharing in London having done it myself so I’m keen that the flat feels like a home - for the right person.

It’s been lovingly renovated by myself which is a hobby, so anyone who’s into interiors maybe onto a winner here !

I’ve furnished the room with tasteful basics but if you decide that isn’t for you we can make that work . Brand new bed, mattress, hand painted chest of drawers.

The living area is large, cosy, there’s a balcony for summer I’ve just renovated, fairy lights and all :-) also at the rear of the property we have a large sun trap. A very pretty shared garden.

I did specify, that it would be great live with veggie, but I would also consider non veggies, just someone who isn’t cooking lots of meat, the smell isn’t my favourite. My current housemate is a meat eater and cooks chicken happily here :-)

The local area is great - we are five mins from one of the nicest parks and wildest swim places in south east London - beckenham place park, we are also 5 minutes from the nearest station, New Beckenham- which is a direct line to London Bridge/ Charing Cross. There’s also beckenham junction within a ten min walk.
Everything in the property is fairly new, including a dish washer, air fryer and washing machine, and I keep the place smelling fresh and looking clean.
