My son is flying the nest, he occupied two rooms on one floor and I occupy the two rooms below.
We shared the kitchen and bathroom. I’m looking for a single person. I will not consider a couple and no sharers can be added.
Someone in or approaching retirement would be best but I’d consider other options.
The main room (lounge) is a triple room the bedroom a double.
The remainder of my son’s possessions are due to be collected soon including my Grandsons single bed.
All bills included, 500mg broadband, Bi-Weekly Cleaner of communal areas.
Located in Elmers End, two minutes walk from Tesco, Trams and trains. 30 minutes to London, 45 minutes to Gatwick.
