Double Bedroom in Beckenham Flat

Hi! I have a good size double bedroom available in my flat. It has built-in wardrobes and is currently unfurnished but this can be discussed if needed. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room (not open plan). I am on the top floor (there are 28 steps from door to door), and have the luxury of a loft which is great for storage.

I bought here two years ago and have always loved the area. Great connections to London via Beckenham Junction and Shortlands, with many other stations nearby. I'm a 10-minute walk to Beckenham High Street (which has many great coffee shops) and a short bus ride into Bromley Town Centre. There is plenty of free on-road parking, as well as private parking around the back of the building for residents.

The road I live on is a cul-de-sac, very quiet with great residents. Beckenham Place Park is a short walk away, as is Kelsey Park.

I work in the office Mon-Fri so would suit someone that works from home (internet is very solid). I keep the flat very clean and tidy and would expect the same of anyone I share with.

The flat is in Council Tax Band D.
