Double room in Beckenham

You will have your own bathroom as I have an ensuite. Room can come furnished with bed and wardrobe if needed (sorry for pics a boy currently lives in there).
Around £1000/£1050pcm including bills. There will also need to be a deposit payment but I’m just awaiting to hear back from the landlord on this.
Great transport links into central London with multiple stations nearby going into Blackfriars, London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross and Victoria.
10/15 min walk to the high street.
Very close to Beckenham Place Park.
Under building car parking space.
I am sociable but like my own space too, looking for someone who is wanting to make this their home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
