Transport.
The house is located a five minute walk from both Clock House and Kent House train stations, with regular trains to London Charing Cross and Victoria taking as little as twenty minutes. Also, TramLink to Croydon and Wimbledon is less than 2 minutes walk from the house. Free parking is available in adjacent side road.

About Beckenham.
The main high-street is fifteen minutes walk away with plenty of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and coffee shops to choose from. The Spa leisure centre, which contains a beautiful pool and gym, is only a 10 minute walk away, and the area has an abundance of park land. Also, there is both a local Sainsbury and Tesco's a 5 min walk from the house.

What else is included.
The rent is inclusive of ALL bills excluding the land-line phone. The rooms are newly furnished to a high standard and include everything seen in the photos. Bed linen is provided and towels, if needed. I am looking for a professional person who wishes to rent a room from Monday to Friday and returns home at weekends. I am a friendly recently retired woman.
