House Details:

2 bedrooms and a tiny little box room that I think will be a guest room.
A south facing garden - the lawn needs mowing, but I am scared or driving over the lead with the mower! Help?
Your room is a great size, and has a sweet cosy feel.
We have a living room, an open plan kitchen, a den, a drive (I don't drive, so it's always empty) and a bathroom with a power shower.
Virgin Media wifi, television service and land line when I buy a phone!
Unfurnished bedroom, but if you are stuck, I can sort that out for you.
Washing machine and dish washer also in place.

Area Details:

Elmer End train station is a 10 minute walk away. Trains run frequently to Charing Cross and London Bridge.
About 15 minutes on the bus to Penge West, where you can pick up the East London Line to Shoreditch etc
