The house has 3 bedrooms but is shared by only one other person. It is ideally located close to a park and has excellent transport links with 3 mainline stations and a tram stop, a short walk away:

5-minute walk to the tram line to Croydon and Beckenham Junction.
10-minute walk to Clock House with direct trains to London Bridge & Charing Cross.
10-minute walk to Birkbeck with trains to London Bridge & Crystal Palace.
12-minute walk to Kent House with trains to London Victoria & Blackfriars.
Easy commute to Bromley and beyond by bus or train

I work from home 2 days a week and my home office is set up in the living room so the living room space is not shared. Lodger has full use of all other spaces including kitchen/diner and sizeable garden.
