Flexible room to let

We are a friendly and hospitable couple and have a lovely good size room to rent in a spacious three bedroom home, with back garden and excellent transport links from Kent House (2 minutes walk) and Clockhouse stations (20 mintues to Victoria Station)as well as a tram stop.

Our home is fully furnished and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, virgin TV and internet access.

There is a good variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and a leisure spa on your doorstep.

Council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband are included in the rent.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and who will treat our home as if it were their own. We have two much loved cats as well.

Room can be let on a Monday to Friday basis at a reduced weekly rate.
