Only 10 minutes walk to Clock House station and 15 minutes walk to Beckenham Junction and tram stop.
Two launderettes are within 5 minutes walk, and there is no washing machine on the premises.
The room is fully furnished with a fridge in it.
There is a shared kitchen (see photo) containing a traditional electric oven with 2 rings on top and a microwave oven and there are no other cooking facilities.

The room is for single occupancy only.
The room is for NON smokers ONLY
Unfortunately, it is not suitable for pets
The room is not for storage
Wifi and some bills are included.
