Huge Ensuite Double for animal lover

HUGE Double room with ensuite for animal loving, respectful, responsible person or couple. The flat is my home and contains a lot of antique and bespoke items which must be cared for and respected as well as enjoyed.
Sharing with one other full time flatmate as well as intermittent stays by myself or friends, always with agreement from everyone.

Garden (complete with fire pit) is shared with the other two flats. Everyone is sociable and accommodating as well as fully respectful when you need your space.

Room is furnished but can be cleared out if you prefer to bring your own.

One amazing dog in residence, pets in each of the other two flats and more animals expected! So if you are either coming with a pet or would like to welcome more animals, then you are looking at the right ad. :-)

DEPOSIT - there is a limit on the site for some reason but the full deposit required, after years of experience, is one month for rental security plus two weeks for property damages. So total 1350.
