One double bedroom in Dagenham

I'm looking for a housemate to move in to a spacious house in Dagenham. I'm hoping to find a woman who will keep the place clean and respect each other's space.

Becontree station is a 7 min walk from the house and has the District line. The area is safe and located next to a school. Asda and Aldi are a 15min walk away and Gym group is a 7min walk away.
Rent is £2400 without bills split equally and tenancy will be for a year starting 31/08/24. Council tax Band - D.

All rooms are upstairs and come with wardrobe storage and a double bed. There is a study that fits two desks if you work from home. The house has one big bathroom and one small bathroom. Students will be expected to pay 3 months rent upfront.

I'm Rumbidzo, I'm 25 and I've been working in the charity sector in London for over a year. When I'm not working, l'm sleeping, going on walks, going to the gym, at church, spending time with friends or eating and listening to music. I like a peaceful and relaxed space and always happy to host friends and chill together :)
