I have a double bedroom available on my property, located just a 10-minute walk away from Becontree Station. The room is fully furnished and has plenty of space for two people to feel comfortable.

If you're looking for easy access to transportation, this location is perfect for you. With Becontree Station just a short walk away, you'll be able to quickly and easily get around London. Please note that I am looking for someone who is willing to stay a minimum of 6 months and the deposit is one month's rent.

You'll be sharing the home with other tenants, so bills will be split between everyone. But don't worry - this is a great way to keep costs low while still enjoying a comfortable and stylish living space.

Right now, there are three people living in the place. Two guys are up in the loft room and have their own toilet, while a girl occupies the smaller room. The main bedroom is the one up for grabs, and it's perfect for couples or two people who don't mind sharing a space.
