Furnished double room Chadwell Heath

I am looking for a nice, friendly person to share the house with.
The house was refurbished two years ago, so most of the amanneties are brand new. The house overall is very clean as we do general cleaning every week.
The room is furnished( double bed, large wardrobe, drawer), with a large window.
We share the living room and kitchen, both spacious and well lit and we have a large back garden witha shed, outside furniture and a BBQ
The house is a 5 minutes bus ride to Becontree Tube Station and Chadwell Heath (Elizabeth Line), and a 10 min bus ride to Barking Station.
About us:
I am friendly, easy-going type of person who is always down for activities and fun. I am a professional and work a full time job. We occasionally have BBQs(if the weather allows it) and cook offs(I'ma good chef, and i will demonstrate you that). I have no issue with people coming over, because I have people over from time to time. No strict rules on anything, I just require common sense.
