In a safe neighborhood with multiple public parks within walking distance, including one right behind the house. We are also on a main road 2 mins from a bus stop serving 5 routes. Situated centrally between Goodmayes (Elizabeth Line) and Barking (District, Hammersmith, Overground, C2C). Commute from home to Central London - 45 minutes.
2 mins walk from Lidl supermarket and other amenities.

👦👧 We are very tolerant and easygoing housemates, all we ask is to keep the rooms and shared areas clean and respect each others privacy. Not the kind of landlord to penny pinch and count each minute the light is on!

If you would like to take both rooms, they are available at a reduced rate from £1300 a month.
