Bickley home, en-suite king room, bills included

A spacious, furnished double room with its own private en-suite shower room is available in our home in Bickley, less than a 10-minute walk from the station.

The room comfortably accommodates a king-size bed and is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe and bedside table. It offers plenty of natural light and excellent storage, making it a comfortable space to relax and work from home if needed.

You'll be sharing the house with just the two of us – my partner and me. We both work full time, so the house is generally quiet during the week. We're friendly, respectful and easy-going, and we're looking for someone who appreciates a calm and tidy home.

We also have a friendly six-year-old cockapoo, so the room wouldn't be suitable for anyone with dog allergies or who is uncomfortable around dogs.

You'll have full use of the kitchen, living room and garden, and there's off-street parking available if you have a car.

Bickley station is around an eight-minute walk away, with direct trains to London Victoria in approximately 26 minutes, making it ideal for commuters.

We're looking for a professional woman who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. The room is for a non-smoker, and unfortunately we can't accommodate additional pets.
