1or 2 Rooms for rent in house near Bromley

Hello I'm renting out 1 or 2 rooms in my house. It's in a cul de sac of about 10 houses its 1 minute walk to Bickley station for most london stations or sevenoaks etc. We are also 10 mins walk to Chistlehurst station. Bromley centre/bromley south station is also walking distance too but it's only one stop from bickley. There are several parks and woods for walking. There are several local buses too going all directions, all within 1 min walk. There is a local gym virgin vie that we belong too. If you dont know bromley, there are plenty of shops/restaurants etc. There is parking available outside the house I do have a garage but its full, I'll be cleaning it out soon. I live with my girlfriend who works in the entertainment trade in London she does shifts, so sometime's she's up at 4am or coming in at 5am. I am home most days as I on a sabbatical. We have two cats that are friendly and clean, no hair everywhere! The room is furnished double bed, TV etc, but you can bring your own things or put some in the garage. As the Americans say we have 1. 5 bathrooms, basically a full bathroom (a little dated) shower/bath all working. A downstairs toilet. Small garden with table and chairs. The kitchen is pretty new having all appliances, washing machine but no dyer. The living/dining room has PS3/LrgTV/VirginTV/WirelessBro adband, and I'm updating the system so you can watch programmes on your laptop/computer in your room. I am a non smoker but my girlfriend is an occasional smoker, but she goes outside. The room will be freshly decorated.
