The room is available now, with flexibility on move-in dates. All bills are included (gas, electric, council tax and water).

This room would suit a young single female professional. The owner would prefer a female household dynamic.

The property is well connected, with a five-minute walk to the Piccadilly line, a fifteen-minute walk to Brentford station, and a twenty-five-minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth and Central lines).

The room is bright and warm and comes furnished with a double ottoman bed with built-in under-bed storage and a memory foam mattress. One full wall is fitted with floor-to-ceiling mirrored wardrobes, providing plenty of storage. There are also two bedside cabinets and a large white desk, which is not pictured.

The house is shared with a live-in landlord and one other tenant. You will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden. The dining room has a table and sofa and is shared between you and the other tenant, while the front living room is for the landlord’s use.

The property owner is my mum. She is clean, friendly and fairly quiet, always happy for a chat but equally happy keeping to herself, and often out or on holiday. She previously had two long-term tenants who have recently moved away from London. This is very much a home rather than a standard rental, and would suit someone looking for a calm, respectful and relaxed place to live.

There is a cat at the property who adopted us years ago and never left. He is an absolute sweetheart but refuses to live inside, so he has his own little setup in the garden. I also visit occasionally and bring my small Shih Tzu mix. Because of this, no other pets can be considered, and the house would not suit anyone who is uncomfortable around cats or dogs.
