The flat was renovated around 2 years ago and comes fully furnished with a double mattress, large wardrobe, desk, bedside table and lamp. It’s on the ground floor with access to a shared garden, which is beautifully kept.

Tenant requirements
I'm looking for a friendly, professional people who are, considerate and makes a joint effort in keeping the flat in good shape and tidy throughout the week. Ideally this should feel like a home and be a safe space, which is cosy and inviting. Each room is single occupancy, a couple would have to rent the entire flat.

Timeframes
One room is available now the other room is available from December 31st 2024. Would like to find someone who is happy to take the tenancy for a full year.

The surrounding area
There are lots of parks, a canal, both overground and underground (Piccadilly line) close-by. The flat is also in between Chiswick and Ealing Broadway which are both short commutes away. Ealing Broadway station also has access to the district, central line and Elizabeth line. For supermarkets you have Co-op, Morrisons, Post office and Sainsbury's within walking distance.

Weekday evenings and some weekend availability.
