Friendly Modern Flat in Wembley Park

Just 5 mins walk to Wembley Park Station (Metropolitan and Jubilee line), 10 mins from Wembley Stadium Station and 20 mins to Wembley Central.

I am moving out of this lovely flat in Wembley Park at the start of November. You would be living with Nadia (24) who is Spanish and Rosa (23) who is half Spanish and half German. They both work at TK Maxx as analysts (discount included!) and are interested in fashion, films and reading. We have a lovely sitting room in the flat where we often watch films together in the evening, plus there’s a Cineworld around the corner! The girls are chill and sociable, we would appreciate someone who is a similar age to move in who is keen to get involved in the flat.

The room is a good size and comes fully furnished (minus the trolley I’ll be taking with me). There’s a big wardrobe as well as 3 additional storage cupboards around the flat. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Nadia as Rosa has an ensuite. Included in the rent are bills for the building (electric, heating, wifi, water). The flat has a balcony with a view of the stadium, despite it being really nearby the windows are really soundproof and we don’t hear much when there is an event on (about every 2 weeks). The building also has a 24/7 concierge, a gym and a roof terrace where you can go and chill when the weather is nice. There’s also a co-working space in the building if you want to work from home but not in the flat.

The area is super well connected, it’s just 20 mins to get to Baker St on the Metropolitan Line. There’s a Lidl 10 mins walk from the flat as well as COOP and Sainsbury’s 2 mins away. If you like yoga MoreYoga is 5 mins walk from the flat.
