Spacious double room in Wembley house share. Situated on the ground floor, the room has easy access to the kitchen equipped with two hobs, two ovens and two fridges and to a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and clothes hanger. If you need extra room, some of these pieces can be put away in the backyard shed.
The house is located within 10 minutes walking distance to Stonebridge Park station (Bakerloo line, Lioness Overground line) and within 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store (Costcutter).
You will be sharing the place with two students who live on the first floor and have their own shared bathroom and toilet.
The tenancy will run for one calendar month, from 10th June to 9th July, with the possibility to move in earlier if needed. You will be required to pay one month’s rent, no deposit needed. The council tax is waved off as the lead tenant is a student.
