A spacious single room with a large single bed (6” wider than a standard single), with fitted wardrobes and back garden views. Within a clean, comfortable and homely end-of-terrace 4-bed house in South Ealing. We are 3 housemates seeking a like-minded individual to share our place with.

• Single room – fully furnished with fitted wardrobes (currently being fitted)
• Available from 1st May 2025
• Rent is inclusive of council tax; water bills; tv-license.
• Only £300 deposit plus 1 month rent in advance
• Good references and means of payment essential
• Minimum term: 6 months
• Room is for ONE PERSON only
• Utility (gas and electric) and Wifi are billed at the end of each month and is split equally between housemates.
• Price: £750 per calendar month + bills

The house is located in an end of terrace 4-bed house, across from the beautiful Gunnersbury Park. Within walking distance from South Ealing tube station and Kew Bridge rail station. A short bus ride to Acton Town, Chiswick and Hammersmith and just around the corner from the University of West London; Sky Studios; and Ealing Studios. Ideal for young working professionals and students or for people who want to be close to London, but be able to live in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood surrounded by greenery. There are great pubs, cafes and shops within walking distance. 30+ mins to Central London via tube or train.

House Rules:

• Please be respectful towards the other housemates, the place and its belongings. This is a home, not just a house so it is essential that we all get along and can share the space.

• Ensure rent is always paid on time and in full

• There is a cleaner for all the common areas but you are expected to clean up after yourself as you go. We all like to live in a clean house!

• Your room is your responsibility and you are expected to keep it in a decent state.

• Ensure all your household waste is disposed of responsibly.
