Lovely, light bedroom with large windows facing east and west. It’s tucked away from the rest of the house, so quiet and private. With very high ceilings, it has the look and feel of a loft apartment. There’s a comfortable double bed, a desk with an office chair and plentiful shelving, drawers and hanging space. There’s a modern bathroom adjacent (shared) which is kept immaculate as in the picture. You will have access to the kitchen, sitting room and large sunny garden. There’s a shared larder fridge and a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement.

I run a small bespoke spa business from the house so there is a pool and broad spectrum infrared sauna which you could use occasionally, depending on availability.

The house, which is my family home, is in a very quiet safe neighbourhood, located in the Butts Estate in Brentford, famous for its Georgian houses which feature in many films and tv programmes. The area has excellent transport links, including Brentford train station, which connects to Waterloo in 30 minutes, is 3 minutes walk away. Morrisons and Lidl are 3 minutes walk away and there are several restaurants, cafes and pubs on our doorstep. Also a brand new Everyman Cinema. Great parks and riverside and canal walks.

We are looking for one quiet and respectful professional or student, who is tidy and clean, and preferably not working from home. We have one small, lovable dog.
