Double room in duplex overlooking marina & river

The flat is a duplex on the top 2 floors in Ferry Quays, Brentford overlooking a marina and the Thames.
The room is a double with its own bathroom (not en suite, but exclusive to the room).
But this is more than just a room rental as I am only in the flat 3 nights a week (Mon, Tue, Wed - sometimes less) and am out all day, I am looking for a considerate professional (or a couple) who want a brilliant deal on an amazing flat but that they will look after when i am not there - which is almost all of the time.
A contribution to utilities would be needed but broadband is included.
If a couple want it, it would be +£300 per month.
There is a secure underground car park but you would need to sort arrangements with the estate office to source a space.
