Fancy having a beautiful, spacious room to call your own with direct transport links to Piccadilly Circus, Waterloo, Heathrow and Clapham Junction?

My lovely lodger and I are looking for a female lodger to complete our respectful household in Brentford (basically Ealing!).

Your room (pictured) is big and bright, and you'll be part of a beautiful, busy home. We are two independent professionals - my lodger (29) lives at the flat full time and I live on the other side of London, so you'll only see me in the flat occasionally. We're looking for someone of a similar mindset to us, who is after a comfy base as we're in and out all of the time. Ideally we're also looking for someone who works regular hours (ie not late into the night every night)

The bedroom in our first-floor flat is for single occupancy and has a lovely double bed with Tempur memory-foam mattress. The kitchen and newly refurbished bathroom are shared - for most part of the time with only one person. There’s no living room but there’s a comfy armchair and dining table/ desk in the bedroom and you can obviously eat in the kitchen at the breakfast bar if you fancy.

We are a lovely, respectful household. Come and check it (and us) out before someone else nabs it!

Rent is £900 per month plus bills (approx £200 per month)

It’s an 8 minute walk to Brentford Station (Brentford to clapham junction train is 20 mins, Brentford to Waterloo train 30 mins).

Northfields tube station is a 5 min bus or 15 min walk away and is on the Heathrow branch of the Piccadilly line.

It’s a 15 min bus or 35 min walk to West Ealing to jump on the new Elizabeth Line straight into town in a flash!

Ealing Broadway is a 20 min bus ride away or a gorgeous 40 min walk through Ealing’s loveliest parks.

Ideally I’m looking for a 12 month+ lodger.
