We have a large double room available in our female House Share in South Ealing/Brentford. The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a large desk (perfect for wfh) wardrobe and chest of draws. The room also comes with built in eaves so there is lots of great storage space in the room!

Rent is £600 pcm, bills not included, but are approx £100-130 pcm (dependant on time of year) and include Virgin Fibre broadband, gas and electricity, water, council tax and TV licence. The landlord is super friendly and is really quick to respond to any issues with the house.

The whole house has been recently renovated and is on a very quiet tree lined street and also includes a shared living room, kitchen, one upstairs bathroom with shower, and one downstairs toilet. There is a large spare room, handy for extra storage, and also a large sized garden and shed.

We are private tenants who have a years rolling tenancy so the House Share would suit someone looking for something long term rather than short term. The current housemates are 3 female professionals and we are ideally looking professionals between 25-35 years old, who are easy-going, happy to have a chat in the kitchen or over some drinks and looking for a homely, relaxed atmosphere. No couples, unfortunately.

There is also permit parking available to apply for should you need it and the house itself is located within a 10 minute walk of Northfields and South Ealing (Piccadilly line), a 5 minute walk from Brentford Station (with trains going to Putney, Clapham, Vauxhall and Waterloo in under 30 minutes), and is only a short bus ride from Ealing Broadway. There are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the area, as well as being surrounded by lots of pretty green spaces - including Richmond and Kew which are just a short bus journey or bike ride away.
