Double bedroom to sublet til June 28th 😊

My flat mate has gone back to New Zealand and there is 3 months left on the lease so I’m looking for someone fun to sublet his room. There is an option to renew the lease for another year if we wish.
Brentford train station is at the top of the street (3 mins walk) taking you into Waterloo in about 25 mins and there is a bus stop right outside the building, taking you 15 mins to Ealing Broadway tube station. On street parking is available from the council. We each pay £200 bills, which I sort from my account.
A little about me, I’m 40, Northern Irish, I work for the ambulance service doing 12hr shifts, so when I’m working a run of shifts, it’ll be like I’m not even there! When I’m not working, I love going out to the cinema, for drinks in the local pubs (there’s a few), concerts (!!) or lazy nights in with wine catching up. I’m gay and would love to live with another LGBT person. Someone who is tidy, someone to have a laugh with and who doesn’t take themselves too seriously and just sensible really!
