Small double room for female

Newly refurbished small double room to rent. All furniture including the bed is new. The carpet has just been laid and it’s been recently painted.

The cottage is a cozy terrace, there’s a downstairs bathroom which is rarely used as I have an en-suite.

I’m looking for a friendly clean quiet house mate who doesn’t mind their own space has their own life but is also happy to catch up and go for meal or drink locally.

Room includes all bills including WiFi and a cleaner that comes twice a month.

Train station is an 8 min walk away which takes you into Waterloo. South Ealing on Piccadilly line is 20min walk or bus ride away. Numerous bus routes available too.

There is a Morrisons on the high street and various cafes and restaurants.
