Large double room available

hello! I am moving out and need to find someone to rent my lovely large double room in a House Share in South Ealing/ Brentford.

The room available is fully furnished situated on the second floor with a double bed and wonderful memory foam mattress, a chest of draws, a wardrobe and a desk and chair. It also has extra storage space in the room and nice windows to let in the sun in the morning.

The rent is £600 pcm, not including bills but these are approx £100 - £130pcm depending on the time of year. The bills include gas, electric, broadband, council tax and water. There is a returnable deposit of £600 you will need to pay along with your first months rent ( totalling £1200) and then regular payments of £600 per month.

Well connected with Northfields station a 12 minute walk away and Brentford station a 5 minute walk. 15 minute bus to Ealing Broadway. You can get to Waterloo in 30 mins and Covent Garden in 35 mins when on the tube. We are also extremely close to Kew Gardens and can get to Richmond really easily.

The house is on a very quiet, cosy tree lined street and also includes a shared living room, kitchen, one upstairs bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet. There is an extra small room upstairs that is used for storage. We also have a large south facing garden and a shed.

The landlord is super friendly and really responsive if needed. We are private tenants who have a years rolling tenancy so the house share would suit someone looking for something more long term. The current house mates are 3 lovely professional girls, Katie, Alicia and Manisha aged 25 - 33 and they would be looking for another professional female between that age range to come live with them. They are looking for someone who is easy going, friendly, enjoys their own space, clean, tidy and happy to have chats in the kitchen or a visit to our local pub - The Nelson which is our fave!

Please note that we also have a cat called Grandad who is super sweet and mainly loves to be outside. Please only express interest if you are happy to live with a cat.
