Available Room: Furnished Double with wardrobe and storage, situated on the first floor and sharing a bathroom with one other.
The house is a 4 bedroom with 4th Room used as home office/Spare room so total three people in the house. Downstairs has an open plan ground floor with doors out to a large backyard. All normal appliances, WM/DW/MW. The house is a 10-15 minute walk to Acton Town Tube Station or South Ealing or Kew Bridge Over Ground into Waterloo.
We are looking for house trained person with a GSOH to join the house. Would prefer people in FT employment, and while you don't need to be a clean freak, you do need to know how to clear up/pick up after yourself. Definitely not a party house, but happy to socialize, drink wine and eat cheese. The rent is £900 per month plus bills [£100pcm] Electricity & Gas are billed monthly but does fluctuate winter/summer.
