Cheap room in charming Brentford house

We are looking for a 4th housemate in our house-share in Brentford, West London. Once all bills are included, it ranges from 580-700 per month depending on the time of year. We are 5 mins walk from Brentford station (national rail to waterloo via barnes, clapham junction and vauxhall), and we are a 10-minute bus journey from Boston Manor or Northfields (both Piccadilly line).

We are three friends who have lived together for some years in the house. Both of the ladies are Polish and I am English. We all speak English together. We also live with Charlie, who is a cat. We currently have a lodger who is staying in one of the girl's rooms and is expected to stay with us until Christmas time.

Like all houses, there are good things, and there are things to be aware of.

Things to be aware of

- The available room is situated next to the bathroom. This is an old house with thin walls and you will hear noise from the bathroom, which can be irritating, particularly at night
- This is a busy, working household. We all have different working patterns and it is perfectly routine for someone to come home from shift after midnight and have a bath, which is noisy
- This is an old house (over 300 years old) and it has its quirks. The water pressure is not good enough for a shower. We have a bathtub and we simply take shallow baths.
