A delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced house in a great location.

about the house it has a lovely living room a separate open plan kitchen dining area leading onto a garden patio space, perfect in the summer. a modern bathroom with a bath, on the second floor is the two bedrooms the second room is at the back so very quite also we have a basement ideal for extra storage. - note the picture with the office layout is the double room the current tenants use it as a double office.

About me - my name is Natasha I’m 37, I work in fashion, I'm into hula hoop and im quite sporty so try when i can to be active, really into music and have a fair few vinyl so play music from time to time saying that I’m not really a party person so not into late noise and having people over all the time. so looking for someone that wants a laid back environment. I love cooking and for people, enjoy a glass of wine and its nice to have someone cool to just hangout with, have a gossip or moan watch a movie etc
The house will be furnished with all my own furniture i'm quite interested into interior design i have a lot of antiques and mid century pieces. love going to markets car-boots and charity shops so many amazing things you can find.

Available to move in from 01 December 2024. it currently has people there ive seen it and paid a deposit and i need a second person the cover the rent which is 2150 per month my room is slightly bigger so I'm paying a bit more . the bills arent included so will all be divided into 2 its double-glazed so i don't think the heating shouldn't be to much im quite mindful whn it come to turning off lights etc

Note the deposit is £1240 each this is divided for some reason it wouldn’t allow me to put that amount
