The bedroom comes with a bed and mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. I will be leaving my bookshelf and shoe rack for the next tenant free of charge ☺️

The flat is composed of 2 floors. First floor includes a spacious modern kitchen (with dishwasher), living room, utility room (with washing machine) and large bathroom that has a separate shower and bath!

The Second floor which this room is on has its own bathroom, which you would be sharing with another tenant.

The flat is situated next to Brentford high street, and is incredibly close to great amenities. Morrisons supermarket and Brentford high street is less than 10 min walk away, and so is The Brentford Project; an on going development which currently has amazing restaurants, cafe’s and shopping.

Transport links are brilliant. They’re many bus stops just a few moments away that will take you to Hammersmith, Chiswick, Ealing, Hounslow and Richmond, to name a few. Brentford train station is also a 10 minute walk away, with quick and frequent journeys to London waterloo. Gunnersbury tube station is also a short bus journey/30 minute walk away.

You will be sharing the flat with Victoria and Elle. Both in their mid 20’s and working full time (Vic works from home part time). Both are great flatmates; clean, attentive, kind and up for chat, but are also very respectful of privacy.

As the flat is by the Brentford project, it is next to a construction site that at times can be a tad noisy, but this is only during working hours (8-6 mon-fri). I work from home full time and at first struggled but have now got use to the occasional noise.

The room is £756 pcm, with bills coming to around £110pcm. For its close amenities and great transport links, it’s a great deal, and the landlord/agents are always quick at dealing with any issues that come about ☺️
