Building has a terrace with barbecue, a communal space (can host dinner parties or work/study) and a gym.

Building is walking distance to Gunnersbury station, with underground and overground.

Kew Bridge rail station is 1min away with direct trains to Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall etc.

Flat is one block from the river with multiple pubs and shops, and walking distance to Kew Gardens, Chiswick and Richmond Green. Minutes way from Gunnersbury Park.

Co-op underneath building and a Sainsbury’s local 5min walk. Chiswick high street with plenty of shops and restaurants is a 15min walk, or 5min on the bus.

Parking available in the building at a cost (£250/month).

Bills are around £200-250 (very energy efficient building).

WiFi is very fast and included in the rent, free WiFi in the communal areas of the building.

Cleaner comes every Friday.

About me

My weeks are quite busy, so on evenings and weekends I’m usually meeting friends, out for dinner or chilling on the couch. When weather is nice, I spend a lot of time on the terrace or balcony, reading in the sunshine, or walking in Richmond or nearby parks.

A few deal breakers:

• Looking for a professional that does not work from home as I do everyday. Occasionally it’s fine as there is a communal area that can be used for working. There are booths for privacy and calls. We can also plan and I can go to the office one day/week and you can work from the flat.

• Single occupancy room (no frequent sleep overs).

• It’s an open plan kitchen, so please be considerate when cooking as strong smells can linger (especially Indian food - cumin does not agree with me).

Other than that, it’s a clean and organised flat, quiet building in a lively area :)
