Looking for someone considerate to stay in double bedroom in my lovely modern flat.

Quiet and comfortable double bedroom available from end of August until end of September in a new development in Kew Bridge.

Furnished bedroom with double bed, closet, and desk. All brand new.

Building has a terrace and communal space (can host dinner parties or work/study) and a gym.

Building is walking distance to Gunnersbury station, with underground and overground. Kew Bridge rail station is 1min away with direct trains to Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall etc.

One block from the river with multiple pubs and shops, and walking distance to Kew Gardens, Chiswick and Richmond Green. Minutes way from Gunnersbury Park.

Price to be agreed depending on length of stay.

WiFi is very fast and included in the rent, free WiFi in the communal areas of the building.

About me

In the evening I’m usually resting on the couch watching movies after cooking dinner. I enjoy going for walks by the river or nearby parks, going out for meals and meeting friends.

• Single occupancy room (no sleep overs) or couples.

• It’s an open plan kitchen/living room, so needs to be mindful when cooking.

• looking for someone considerate and organised. It’s a new flat, with brand new furniture and great location :)
