Double Bedroom with en-suite for rent

My flat mate is moving out at the end of June due to a change in work location, so i’m looking for someone to take over her room.

Living here has been an absolute dream.

Please note that the available date is flexible. Our lease ends 1st Jul, and I will be looking to renew. However, we have the option of a ‘change in sharer.’ Which means that this date is flexible, so the new tenant could move in earlier than this date.

The flat is a two bed, so you’ll only be sharing with me. I’m very clean, tidy and easy to live with.

Both rooms are very similar in their layout. Both are Queen beds, with a fitted wardrobe that comes with a chest of draws. Both rooms have their own en-suites. Please note that the flat is furnished, so you wouldn’t have to worry about buying a bed, mattress, side tables or wardrobe.

The flat has a balcony with an insaneee view.

As for the building, we have the following amenities:

*Gym
*a coffee shop in lobby
*concierge
*roof terrace
*access to the yoga studio in the other building.
*WFH Space
*option of parking space in private car park below building (at the additional cost of £250 a month.)

The location is more Kew than Brentford. The building is a stone throw away from Gunnersbury park and less than a 3 minute walk from kew bridge train station. Gunnersbury tube station is around a 15 minute walk away or there is a bus outside that takes you straight there.

The building is ran by a management company, so there will be a proper referencing process you’ll have to go through, should we be a good fit. This has a £50 fee and basically consists of the usual checks you’d expect when renting.

Please note, bills are not included in the rent. However, internet is.
